Drought Tolerant Plants and Trees: With the intent to decrease the water resources used to irrigate landscape, 91% of the plants and trees incorporated into the landscape of Grove Station Tower are local drought tolerant species. Plants comply with high or moderate drought tolerance by Florida Friendly Landscape, Water Wise (water management district) or local drought tolerant list.

Low Flow Lavatory and kitchen Faucets: With our natural resources in mind and with the intent to reduce potable water used inside the building, Grove Station Tower unit faucets comply with low flow requirements.

High Density: In an effort to support compact development, the Grove Station Tower project has a minimum of 30 Dwelling Units per Acre.
